Kokoro ships to all U.S. states and territories.

Free shipping on orders $65+ (after discounts, before tax).

Orders under $65 ship for a flat $5.95.

We fulfill orders from two locations:

Kokoro Studio — small accessories and handmade pieces, shipped directly by us.
Production Partner (Printful) — apparel and made-to-order items, produced individually when ordered.

If your order includes both types, they may arrive in separate packages.

Processing Times

In-house items: 2–4 business days
Made-to-order items: 5–10 business days
(Launches, holidays, or complex products like the Tokko Fuku jacket may take longer.)

Delivery Times

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping.

Tracking info is emailed once your order is on the way.

Kokoro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, or for delays caused by carriers.

Returns & Refunds

Each Kokoro piece is created with care — many are handmade or made-to-order.

Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If there’s an issue:

Email contact@shopkokoro.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo, and a short note describing the problem.

If verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations: within 2 hours of purchase only.

Refunds: processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (after approval).
